David and Nancy Cleave: David and Nancy Cleave established Cleave Management in 1984. With extensive experience in green building Cleave has specialized in commercial building, development, custom home construction and in Off Grid projects. High efficiency construction and custom design allow for on-grid or off-grid living without compromising one's lifestyle. The Cleaves green building focus has lead them to the solar industry with their first solar project in 2006 (featured on “The Nature of Things”). Cleave Energy Inc. works in cooperation with its sister companies; Port Picton Homes, Davin Corporation, and Renovators to offer turnkey solutions, meeting the demands of the new construction and renovation industry.
Trevor Cleave: Trevor is a leader in commercial and residential project management with over 25 years of experience. He has helped to guide Cleave into the green building field and is an expert in Peat Septic system design and installation.
Robert Christie, M.A.: Vice President/Partner:
Robert has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in the construction industry and has a life-long interest in sustainable development (the process of making environmental solutions work).
Bob Brown, MBA: Bob is a financial and management expert who specializes in business consulting to help companies develop market strategies and maintain profitability. Bob has a successful track record in international business and focuses on the FIT program.
Victoria Christie, M.A., Economics: Vicky is the Senior Advisor, Environmental Affairs for the Canadian Electricity Association (CEA). Vicky started her career with BC Hydro and has remained focused on the energy sector ever since.
